[Abstract] Estimation of circulating immune complex in tuberculosis patients has shown better insight to the infection. Isolating circulating immune complex helps quantifying both antigen and antibody in the serum. It’s a simple procedure to improve the sensitivity and specificity in serodiagnosis of tuberculosis. This protocol may be modified to detect antigen/antibody in other infectious diseases. [摘要] 估算肺结核病人循环免疫复合物有利于诊断肺结核。分离循环免疫复合物帮助定量血清中抗原和抗体。这是一个简单的方法提高肺结核血清诊断的敏感性和特异性。这个方法可以修改后检测其他感染性疾病的抗原/抗体。
