[Abstract]  This assay analyzes Arabidopsis seed germination in response to gibberellic acid (GA). During seed imbibition, visible physiological changes allow precise determination of germination rate. [Abstract]  Salinity and drought are the two main factors that cause fiber yield and quality losses in kenaf.
